I just finished watching this weeks episode of Ghost Hunters. I have to admit I was very excited about thie one due to their constant commercials claiming they "capture 23 seconds of footage unlike anything they've ever seen"
Ok, a flashlight turned itself on. Somewhat impressive but let's be honest, easily dismissed. All of us who frequently go on investigations know that our flashlights are the most unreliable piece of equipment we use. On nearly every investigation something "weird" happens to my flashlight or someone with me. I would never consider anything about a flashlight as evidence of the paranormal with the exception of a flashlight hovering in the air or "moving" on it's own. That would be impressive.
But back to my original question....what about 23 seconds? They never clarified if the flashlight stayed on for 23 seconds and then turned off or if the flashlight turned on 23 seconds after they asked it to.....they didn't mention anything about 23 seconds. Maybe if they explained that I could be more impressed.
I was far more impressed by the EMF fluctuations they got when the meter was sitting on the table.
