I have been a ghost hunter in other cities (new to this area). including I have some equipment, such as an EMF detector, but would like to upgrade as there is better stuff out there.

I also have some experience in direct spirit communication as I have undergone 2 years of medium training, so I'm pretty confident that I know how to 'protect' myself from negative energies. I also believe in helping lost spirits to cross over.

I also enjoy researching histories of locations and am fairly functional with the technical aspect of hunting.
